We absolutely loved working with Angela! We’re a young family with 2 toddlers and a few pets, and we really needed to size up from our 1 bedroom rental. Where do I even start?!....As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect or where to begin. All I ever heard was horror stories and how buying a home is so much work and frustration. Angela took on a challenge of helping with an "as is" sale of my childhood home. My father built the home himself in the late 1970s & lived there his entire adult life. He lived there by himself for the final 18 years of his life. The bones of the home were in good shape, but it was lacking cosmetically in many ways. Where do we start? About 3 years ago we were forced to move to Pennsylvania due to a job relocation and we were under water (owed more that it was worth) on our home in Lake in the Hills. We thought maybe we should rent out our home until the housing market improves. A friend from work recommended Angela as a property manager. We contacted her and she was very confident and explained everything that was needed to rent our place. We hired her as our property manager. I, being a Real Estate Agent myself, was very pleased with the way this young lady handled each situation I came up with. First, I was in Tampa, FL., some 1100+ miles away. Secondly, I canceled everything we were working on and told her my wife and I decided not to persue anything further, we were not buying at the time.
